Name: Tom Bolgiano, Founder
Tom is a public High School teacher. His background in the field of Special Education has provided opportunities to work with students of all ranges of ability. He has used music in these settings to reach out and make music accessible to students with physical, developmental and emotional disabilities.
Tom played in many local bands in the DC area from 1994-2003. Most notably Groove Element and Mad Mary, a University of Maryland based band that enjoyed a touch of success with “The Gary WIlliams Song”. His music has been featured on 98 Rock, WHFS 99.1 FM, DC 101 and MTV. Based on the strength of the single, Tom was invited with his band to appear and perform on the Kirk, Mark and Lopez morning show on 98 Rock.
Tom lives in Potomac, MD with his wife and daughter. He is currently working on his Masters in Education at Johns Hopkins University. He is also the voice of the Bethesda Chevy Chase Barons Varsity Football team.

Name: Josh Finver

Josh is the frontman for the D.C.-based blues rock band Black Dog Prowl. He has over 14 years of experience playing the guitar and and has been playing in bands since he was 12 years-old. Josh was raised on the classics (the Beatles, the Doors, Led Zeppelin, the Kinks) but takes a lot of his influence from bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden, Rage Against the Machine, Primus, Blind Melon as well as some newer acts like the Raconteurs, Arctic Monkeys and the Black Keys.

Isaac has been playing piano and guitar since the age of 5 and the drums since the age of 9. At the age of 9 he performed his first solo, singing in church, and formed a youth worship band. He began teaching private lessons at the age of 14, and studied guitar under Berklee graduate, Brian Kohlhoff. One of his strongest points is his ear, which has enabled him to learn songs quickly. He has performed with many talented bands and singers including the Zachary J Band and Neda Badakhshan
He has 7 years of teaching experience and 12 years of performing experience. He is studying Music Education at Montgomery College as a voice major, and plans to become a high school choral teacher.
